The five steps

Packing becomes the record.

Every item runs the same five steps, room by room. Nobody types.

Capture

Photograph it.

Photograph each item as it goes into the box, room by room. A phone camera is the only equipment. The record is organized by room because that is how a move is packed, and unpacked.

02
Describe

Name it.

AIMIS identifies the item, make, model, the details that set it apart, and writes a clean title and description on its own. No barcodes, no RFID, no typing. It works from what the item looks like.

Comps are weighed against the item's recorded condition to produce a fair market value. The number on the record has a basis a reader can see, not a guess, not a depreciation table.

Export

One record.

The complete record exports as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet, one line per item, carrying its description, condition, value and photograph references, organized by room. Any system or reviewer can take it in directly. No integration required.
