Doesn't our property or inventory system already cover this?
Those systems confirm that an item exists and who it is assigned to. They do not record what a specific item was, its condition, or its value at the moment it changed hands. AIMIS produces that record. It does not replace or duplicate anything you already run.
Where does the value come from?
From marketplace comps, actual sold listings across major resale marketplaces, weighed against the item's condition. The result is a fair market value with its basis visible on the record. This is the same valuation approach ClaimLeo runs in production for insurance carriers. AIMIS is not an appraisal service and does not file or decide claims.
Is this proven, or a pitch?
The engine underneath AIMIS runs in production across Vendidit's products today. GlobalSKU for identification and cataloging, ClaimLeo for valuation. AIMIS is that software applied to moves.
Is it complicated to use?
No. It is a phone app. Walk through the items and let the camera and the AI do the identification. No manual entry, no training class.
Can the record be changed after the fact?
No. The record is locked at capture. Once an item is recorded, its line cannot be edited. What the destination checks against is exactly what was captured at origin.
Does AIMIS automatically compare what arrived to what was sent?
Not today. The receiving side checks the shipment against the origin record and its photographs. Automated comparison is on the roadmap and will be scoped with the first customers who ask for it.
Does it cover personal household goods, or only equipment?
Both. The same capture works for either. Whoever owns the record decides what goes on it.
What does the record export as?
A CSV or Excel spreadsheet, one line per item with its description, condition, value and photograph references, organized by room. No integration required.
Where is our data, and who can delete it?
On Vendidit operated infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services. Records and photographs are retained until you delete them, and deletion is in your control.
Do you hold any certifications?
No third party certifications are held today. Security documentation is available on request, and the compliance page states where AIMIS stands framework by framework.
